Thank you for visiting.
My name is Linda Morales, I have Multiple Sclerosis and I live in
Waco, Texas . I have been painting since December 26, 1999 when my
husband gave me a painting kit for Christmas. A Bob Ross painting kit
to be exact. I had spent over a decade as a graphic artist on computers, but
never really thought about trying anything else. After spending six
months in a wheelchair and being severely depressed my brother (who is a
veteran painting) convinced me to try my hand at painting. After
a couple of hours I had created my first oil painting and have been teaching
myself with the aid of artist friends and video tapes. Painting has
now become my world. It takes me away from my illness and puts me into
any world I wish to create. My goal is to paint all I can while I can
before my eyesight fails me. As you will probably notice, some of my
paintings are much darker than others. These paintings were done while
is was relapsing. My paintings are much brighter when I am in
remission. I now donate one to two paintings a year to the National MS
Society to help raise funds to find a cure. All of my paintings are
original works of art and are consecutively numbered accordingly by medium
and cataloged. I hope you enjoy my gallery. You may contact me

Acrylic painting #00045; 20 x 24 unframed (frame has a
tarnished gold finish with a plaque inscribed with the title and
signature). The price of this painting is a minimum donation
of $1,000 to
the National MS Society. Highest donation will get the painting. |
